Description/Job Summary

Perform final inspections by utilizing the Matrix system and various measuring techniques on base units, full-up units and seats

Responsibilities/Duties

•Navigate through the Matrix system (if applicable) and ensure that all pertinent information is documented and recorded onto the Device History Record (DHR)
•Ensure conformance to order specifications and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations on final inspections in a specified department, area or on a designated line
•Perform duties assigned and with minimal supervision

•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

•Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training

•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

Must have the ability to:
•Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
•Read and interpret work instructions, work orders, inspection criteria, tape measures, and company policies and procedures
•Identify and record facts
•Lift/push/pull up to 40lbs

Must have:
•Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement

•A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods

•Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
•Good verbal and written communication skills

Required Experience

•At least 6 months of Quality Assurance experience OR at least 2 years of experience in a hands-on assembly or manufacturing role

Preferred Experience

•At least 1 year of experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment preferred

•At least 1 year of experience in a hands-on assembly or manufacturing role with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

Required Education

•High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Education

•American Society for Quality (ASQ) certification preferred
