Description/Job Summary

To support Pride’s leadership team by providing decision-ready data that is utilized to advance our Global Quality objectives


•Collect, review, classify, disposition, and trend quality data
•Code and input data for computer processing, trending, and analysis
•Provide early warnings for quality concerns discovered during processing and trending data
•Ensure overall data integrity and consistency by performing continuous review of quality data and reports
•Audit outputs to ensure accuracy of information
•Create graphs, tables, scheduled and ad-hoc reports, and other analytical tools for various types of quality data
•Create group-specific reporting solutions for a wide variety of internal and external customers
•Develop and achieve Simple, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time Bound (S.M.A.R.T.) goals and objectives that continuously advance the management of quality data

•Maintain data systems for Quality System Data for ease of data retrieval, trending, and report generation including domestic data, as well as Canada, Mega Motion, and all International Subsidiaries

•Research, verify, and respond to Area of Responsibility (AOR) Verification inquiries

•Analyze and extract data for Performance Reporting, including warranty pools and Mean Time to Failure (MTTF)

•Data collection, disposition, and reporting for International Subsidiaries

•Help to develop and sustain the new European Union (EU) Medical Device Record (MDR) requirements

•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

•Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training

•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

Required Experience

At least 2 years of experience in at least one of the following areas:

•Maintaining and developing information reporting systems

•Working in a Call Center/Technical Service environment, handling customer claims (i.e. product concerns and/defect, etc.)

•Working within a role at Pride Mobility Products Corporation which requires extensive product knowledge, specification development, and/or troubleshooting failures on finished devices

Preferred Experience

•Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

Required Education

•High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Education

•Associate’s Degree preferred
•American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certifications and/or training (Six Sigma, Auditing, Quality Engineer) preferred
