Description/Job Summary

To monitor, evaluate and conduct trend analysis to help advance the Quality Management System, related to internal and external continuous improvement teams, activities and Suppliers


•Provide data and trend analysis on Voice of the Customer (VOC) issues for special requests including Provider visits
•Maintain and publish monthly Quality and Regulatory Scorecards for metrics that include suppliers, warranty, and supplier maintenance
•Assist with developing data for Continuous Improvement Plans/Teams
•Develop, analyze, and survey trending techniques to establish, control, and verify process capability to ensure that product specifications are met
•Develop, coordinate and present Quality and Regulatory training where needed within the company
•Develop, coordinate and execute short and long term projects to further develop Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
•Develop Lean initiatives where deemed applicable
•External Document Control maintenance
•Maintain the Z.14 Switching Plan for Finished Devices in the Distribution Centers and subsidiaries
•Adhere to security and confidentiality regarding documents
•Coordination of global processes for data collection, reporting, trend identification, corrective action, and continuous improvement activities related to mitigating customer fulfillment and product claims
•Coordinate global processes for warranty data collection and reporting regarding the information collected by Technical Service
•Coordinate processes related to Pride-owned tooling located at suppliers, to ensure specifications are met and maintained through preventive maintenance and lifecycles
•Develop and maintain Supplier Control processes to ensure compliance with federal requirements
•Develop and maintain Supplier Audit Plans and further develop Pride’s Approved Supplier List in accordance with federal regulations
•Develop and maintain methods for determining the performance and capabilities of critical Suppliers
•Assist in coordinating Supplier evaluations, including but not limited to, self-assessments and routine audits
•Coordinate the timely review, update, and dissemination of the Supplier Reference Manual with Contract Manufacturers
•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
•Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training
•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

•Excellent math, analytical, and organizational skills including electronic filing
•Strong diplomacy skills
•Strong understanding of statistical analysis techniques

Preferred Skills

•Basic working knowledge of Six Sigma tools preferred

Required Experience

•At least 3 years of experience developing and compiling reports and analyzing data

Preferred Experience

•At least 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance manufacturing environment preferred
•At least 2 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement planning environment preferred
•At least 2 years of experience in CAPA management systems preferred
•Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

Required Education

•Associates Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field, OR High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of the required experience

Preferred Education

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field preferred
•Advanced Quality Management certificate(s) preferred
•Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
