Description/Job Summary

To provide a high level of customer service for the accurate and timely delivery of customer orders


•Respond to customer requests to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of orders
•Work with Production, Planning & Control (PP&C), Traffic, Sales, and Less Than Truckload (LTL) carriers to coordinate priorities and meet or exceed customer expectations
•Process Pick Tickets
•Print, sort and file Bill of Ladings (BOL’s)
•Assist in re-routing, expediting, and canceling customer orders
•Assist in Cycle-Counting inventory and Ship Confirmation in the warehouse when necessary
•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
•Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training
•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
•Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times
•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

•Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

•Basic working knowledge of Oracle preferred

Required Experience

•At least 6 months of customer service experience in a professional office environment

Preferred Experience

•At least 1 year of shipping experience in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment preferred
•At least 1 year of experience using RF scanners preferred
•Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

Required Education

•High School Diploma or GED
