Description/Job Summary

To analyze and coordinate internal processes while implementing solutions to optimize the support of Pride’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system

Responsibilities/Duties

•Collaborate with internal teams/customers such as Finance, Purchasing, and Sales to conduct necessary review sessions to identify needs and requirements to achieve the company’s overall goals and objectives as related to the ERP system
•Analyze, troubleshoot, and strategize solutions for the ERP program’s processes
•Effectively manage time, resources and budget to build schedules for full project scope from concept through production and delivery
•Identify and communicate project risks
•Support all internal teams’ end users in the use of ERP applications
•Provide support and contribute to ERP projects, existing implementations, new implementations, upgrades and migrations
•Participate in customer calls, visits and meetings to gather requirements and resolve issues
•Perform feature validation of functionality and assist in test script creation and end-user documentation
•Support launches and implementations by serving as the primary business contact to external experts for larger projects
•Follow ERP system solutions into live production to ensure internal teams/customer success
•Perform Oracle application configuration settings and options for relevant modules
•Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to other Oracle and infrastructure team projects
•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
•Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training
•Assign, train, and develop staff based on experience and departmental goals
•Develop goals and objectives, and measure outcomes to ensure goals are met
•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

Preferred Skills

•Intermediate working knowledge of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) modules preferred

Required Experience

•At least 5 years of functional experience with ERP modules
•At least 3 years of experience working closely on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, cost savings planning, and project management with multiple functional teams in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Experience

•At least 3 years of forecasting and global sourcing experience preferred
•At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ERP module implementations preferred

Required Education

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or a related field, OR an Associate Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or a related field with 6 years of the required experience, OR High School Diploma or GED with at least 12 years of the required experience
