Description/Job Summary

To assist in trouble-shooting Quantum Rehab products and provide technical support for all providers


•Assist in trouble-shooting Quantum Rehab products and provide technical support for all providers
•Enter orders and data via the telephone, web, and faxes

•Report all service complaints that can be deemed as a Quality concern to the Regulatory and Compliance team (injury, property damage, etc.)

•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

•Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training

•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

Must have the ability to:
•Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
•Use hand tools and standard power tools
•Read and comprehend work instructions

Must have:

•Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel

•A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods

•Excellent telephone etiquette skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

•Push/Pull/Lift 25 lbs

Required Experience

•At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or call center environment

Preferred Experience

•At least 1 year of experience in mechanical and/or electrical field preferred
•At least 1 year of experience in an environment supporting design, manufacturing, or technical processes preferred

•Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

Required Education

•High School Diploma or GED required

Preferred Education

•Associate’s Degree in an electronic, technical or biomedical related field preferred
