Description/Job Summary

Collaborate with Senior Leadership to strengthen and formulate strategic solutions and communication that support key goals and company-wide priorities for Marketing


•Partner with Senior Leadership to formulate product strategic marketing direction
•Formulate appropriate communication solutions by partnering with the Senior Sales team to develop and support key goals and priorities for each product launch
•Partners with Sales, Marketing, and Research & Development (R&D) to develop, collaborate, and streamline processes between departments
•Provides executive summary recaps from Pride and Quantum Provider and Therapist visits
•Ensure operational excellence for the Marketing team
•Work directly with Senior Marketing Director to establish standards and procedures and ensure all materials (print, digital, content, web, video) meet a standard of quality
•Assesses performance and areas of opportunity by obtaining feedback from Senior Leadership
•Oversee project management system for prioritizing and assigning requests for the Marketing department while ensuring information is current and accurate on a daily basis
•Main contact and communicator for internal customers at initiation of all projects for the Marketing department
•Work closely on a regular basis with the Creative, Web, Digital, Video, and Sales teams
•Communicates project timelines, plans, and strategies to designers, videographers, photographers, web, digital and internal customers
•Work closely with Senior Marketing Director and Senior Leaders to draft comprehensive strategic briefs and then transition them into creative briefs
•Communicate brief strategies to the Marketing team per project and assigns Creative teams accordingly
•Provides strategic guidance throughout the project timeline to ensure the final work product aligns with brief strategies
•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
•Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training
•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

Must have:

•Credibility as a trusted advisor and confidant to Senior Leadership
•Excellent web navigation skills
•Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

•Intermediate working knowledge of managing clients, accounts, project management systems, working with designers in a marketing setting, and understanding of developing strategy and creating creative briefs preferred

Required Experience

•At least 5 years of project management experience in an agency, corporate design or marketing department environment

Preferred Experience

•At least 1 year of experience working with vendors and external sources preferred
•Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

Required Education

•High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Education

•Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred
