Description/Job Summary

To promote the brand by exceeding design expectations, delivering high quality design, and executing on tight deadlines


•Oversee all design projects, from concept to delivery

•Design and create effective sales and training literature, logos, brochures, flyers, catalogs, posters, banners, special event projects, and trade ads
•Generate ideas to portray concepts that advertise our product

•Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects

•Collaborate with the Video team to brainstorm new product videos

•Stay up-to-date with industry design techniques and creative type treatments

•Back-up for other Graphic Designers

•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

•Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training

•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

•Strong creative vision, and aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, images, fonts and layouts with the execution of every project

•Full understanding of collaborating with a photographer and directing photoshoots
•Advanced hands-on working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Cloud (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop)

•Advanced working knowledge of how to perform graphic design duties on a PC and familiarity with the PC version of Adobe Creative Cloud

•Advanced hands-on working knowledge of graphic design, typography, styles and layout techniques

•Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Required Experience

•At least 5 years of graphic design experience, working in Advertising Agencies, Graphic Design companies or in-house corporate environments, inclusive of executing marketing projects from conception to production, including print ads, brochures, tradeshow design, storyboards for video and best practice with typography treatment

Required Education

•Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design OR Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design with 6 years of the required experience

Preferred Education

•Master’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred
