Description/Job Summary

Accountable for meeting daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on quote and order volume, maintaining call volume and hold times, while providing an exceptional customer experience

Responsibilities/Duties

•Perform timely and accurate quote and order processing
•Utilize Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC) to maintain accurate account information and contacts
•Consistently monitor incoming emails for quotes and orders from customers

•Receive and process incoming Quantum queue calls
•Research and follow up with customer inquiries

•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

•Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training

•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

Must have the ability to:

Must have:

•Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Required Experience

•At least 2 years of customer service experience in an office environment

Preferred Experience

•At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred

•Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

Required Education

•High School Diploma or GED
