Description/Job Summary

To manage all aspects of the Inside Sales and Customer Service teams to maximize company revenue and market share goals while ensuring cost efficiency and savings


•Ensure collaboration between Inside Sales and Field Sales teams as related to sales goals, territory alignment and customer relationship management
•Oversee the daily operations of the Inside Sales team to ensure achievement of sales growth goals through active engagement in outbound selling strategies
•Develop monthly and/or quarterly territory strategy goals
•Develop and coach Inside Sales to be relentless in achieving advancement and continuous improvement with creating an exceptional customer experience
•Resolve escalated issues with customers
•Collaborate with Business Management team to establish sales growth goals, and develop equitable and motivational commission and bonus plans to maximize sales, service and profitability
•Work closely with Business Management regarding customer and product pricing
•Ensure compliance with Minimum Advertised Price (MAP), Medicare, HIPAA and privacy rules
•Ensure adequate staffing and scheduling to handle incoming call volume and provide exceptional customer service
•Ensure processes and training are in place for good documentation practices
•Collaborate with Research & Development (R&D) to ensure the accuracy of Internal Parts Breakdowns (IPBs) for correct order processing and reviewing new product and/or product changes and improvements
•Create and maintain effective product and competitor training programs for staff 
•Strict budget management and accountability
•Accountable for awareness and communication of product and customer trends 
•Ensure that the Sales and Customer Support teams collaborate with appropriate functional departments to manage parts inventory issues, pricing, margins, and minimization of SKU’s
•Ensure customer satisfaction by collaborating with appropriate functional departments to manage quality issues and reduce future issues
•Staff management including documenting and communicating objectives, positively impacting employee morale, motivating team members, conducting performance appraisals, and appropriately addressing individual or group performance issues
•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
•Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training
•Assign, train, and develop staff based on experience and departmental goals
•Develop goals and objectives, and measure outcomes to ensure goals are met
•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
•Develop a "Strong 2nd" for your area of responsibility
•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

Required Experience

•At least 5 years of inside sales and customer support management experience with a multimillion-dollar company inclusive of staff development, analyzing metrics, commission plan development, profit and loss responsibility, collaborating with functional business units, and developing and executing strategies
•At least 5 years of experience managing an inside sales and customer support staff of at least 15 members in a business-to-business sales environment

Preferred Experience

•At least 1 year of experience with specific products preferred
•Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

Required Education

•Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related field, OR an Associate’s Degree in a Business related field with at least 6 years of the required experience, OR High School Diploma or GED with at least 12 years of the required experience

•Master’s Degree preferred
