Description/Job Summary

To take the lead on managing all aspects of the Hispanic segment within the Sales and Marketing departments

Responsibilities/Duties

•Establish and maintain all Hispanic internet driven leads, Hispanic inbound/outbound calls, and build Hispanic customer relations

•Create and develop content, while maintaining and measuring the Hispanic segment of the business and internet development processes for the Sales and Marketing departments

•Assist with the creation of Spanish marketing materials

•Lead the development of the Hispanic segment of the company brand with vigor and passion

•Develop and grow the Hispanic segment of the business

•Interact with Hispanic customers via phone, live online chat and email correspondence

•Compose Hispanic content for company website and other Hispanic marketing materials

•Continually provide thoughts and ideas to market share the company brand to the Hispanic community

•Represent the company at conferences and expos
•Cultivate the Hispanic consumer voice among departments that interact with customers throughout the company

•Play an active role in business and customer meetings as needed

•Provide additional support as needed as it relates to Sales and Marketing

•Work as the central resource for customers on Hispanic company messages, talking points and product information

•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

•Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training

•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

•Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

•Basic working knowledge of corporate brand social media management

•Excellent organizational, planning and team building skills

•Excellent presentation skills

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English

•Excellent email, content development and phone skills

•Excellent business judgment including return on Investment (ROI) measurement and branding

•Excellent understanding of all areas of marketing within a business environment including but not limited to product, program development, digital/web/social media, strategy, marketing operations and research

Preferred Skills

•Intermediate working knowledge of corporate brand social media management preferred

Preferred Experience

•At least 1 year of marketing experience within a business environment including but not limited to product, program development, digital/web/social media, strategy, marketing operations and research preferred

•Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

Required Education

•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field OR an Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field with 6 years of the preferred experience

Preferred Education

•Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business preferred
