Description/Job Summary

To analyze financial aspects specific to revenue, gross profits, forecasting, rebates and margins within a Business Management department

Responsibilities/Duties

•Generate and evaluate daily and on demand reports including but not limited to revenue, gross margin, gross profits and rebates
•Analyze pricing contracts to ensure overall gross profit and margins are in line with company standards
•Evaluate processes and determine areas to improve pricing, lower expenses and enhance overall margins 
•Perform quick and accurate financial analysis as needed for senior management
•Consistently evaluate and maintain Pride’s customer rebate program
•Maintain knowledge of Pride’s Business Management priorities
•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
•Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training
•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

•Evaluate financial data and determine margins and gross profits in a quick and accurate manner

 

Must have:

•Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel

•Excellent accounting, math and financial analysis skills

•Excellent web navigation skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

•Strong working knowledge of Access database preferred

Required Experience

 •At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis in a business environment working with multiple departments
 

Preferred Experience

•At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis in a business environment working with multiple departments preferred

•Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

Required Education

•Associate’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a Business related field

Preferred Education

•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a Business related field preferred
