Description/Job Summary

To assist customers and operations in the accurate and timely delivery of product


•Answer customer calls and assist in the resolution of questions or problems
•Process pick tickets
•Print, sort and file Bills of Lading (BOL’s)
•Assist in cycle counts and ship confirmed orders when necessary
•Work with Production, Planning & Control (PP&C), Traffic, Sales, and LTL carriers to coordinate priorities to meet or exceed customer expectations

•Assist in re-routes, hot rush orders and cancellations

•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

•Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training
•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

•Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

•Basic working knowledge of Oracle preferred

Required Experience

•At least 6 months of customer service experience in a professional office environment

Preferred Experience

•At least 1 year of shipping experience in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment preferred
•At least 1 year of scan gun experience preferred

•Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

Required Education

•High School Diploma or GED
